Product introduction
The machine manually feeds cathode and anode electrodes,
separators, and tapes. After feeding, the cathode and anode
electrodes, separators and termination tapes are automatically
wound according to pre-determined product and technology
requirements. The machine is equipped with automatic tension
control, automatic correction, automatic stick termination tape,
defective rejection, and other functions. Ensure stable and
reliable working condition and technology guarantee.
Key features
● Manually feeding material, automatically winding, tape sticking
and discharging.
● Tolerance of winding electrode length ±2mm, the electrode cutting
method is cut by the cutter, the cut edge is flat and smooth. The
material of the cutter is made of tungsten carbide to ensure the
sharpness of the cutter.
● Cathode and anode electrodes, separators, and tapes are manually
fed and connect belt.
● The discharged products are short-circuit tested on the conveyor
belt, and defective short-circuits are automatically eliminated.
● The structure is reasonably designed and easy for employees to
operate.
● With alarm information backup saving function (record the time
and content of the alarm).
● The equipment automatically records the service life of wearing
parts (e.g. cutter, etc.) and alarms according to the set service
life.
● The left side of the conveyor belt discharges, and the automatic
defective elimination function ensures the good consistency of the
products.
